Pro Series Knee Brace

I was at the low end of the medium sizing, but I sized down to Small and that fits well. This is cushioned, supportive and provides some compression (especially since I sized down). I also really like that they included a little ice pack that fits in a pocket at the knee cap, so you can ice your knee as well.The brace is lightweight and the material is breathable so you can work out with this brace.

This compression sleeve with a built-in heat pad is so cool. I microwave the gel pad for about 20 seconds before putting it on. The heat last for quite a while and makes my sore knee feel much better. The knee has extra padding above the patella and will add a little extra cushion if you have to kneel down. The quality seems to be really good and I'm sure this sleeve will last for years.

The BraceX compression knee sleeve is constructed very well. Leg measurement was sized for their medium/large, so just went with the medium. It's a bit snug, but it's very supportive. The gel ring for the patella provides good pressure. The side stabilizers are supportive without being too rigid. The fabric is breathable, but it still gets a little warm. The anti-slip actually works very well in keeping the sleeve in place without it slipping and having to readjust constantly, which is a huge plus.

Pros:1) The main pro here is that I was able too run (uphill) with this knee brace several times and I did not get my usual knee pain post workout. So, this is a huge bonus here. Now, I'm not sure if it was the side stabilizers that worked for me since I have an issue with my vastus medialis, but the fact remains that I did not experience post workout pain. This lack of pain is the main reason I would recommend this brace.2) The fit was good and I experienced very minimal slippage.3) The cold/hot pad is a very nice feature. I used the cold to see how it felt and I thought it was good because it localized the cold to an area of the patella that usually hurts.Cons:1) I did feel that this brace kinda of limited my movement in flexion a bit. Possibly because of the side stabilizers. Nonetheless, This is a fair tradeoff to be able to exercise and not have pain afterwards.2) I didn't think the material was as breathable as it says. After I ran it was very sweaty. It did dry off rather quick after I took it off, but just expect it to get sweaty during use.Overall 4.6/5.0:I give it a high rating for two reasons.1) It actually prevented a lot of the pain I usually experience. I can't say how glad I was about this.2) I thought the heat/cold pack was a nice touch. If my knee pain acts up around the patella, this is the best one to use since it localizes the heat/cold to the affected area.

This is a good knee compression brace. It feels tight when you first put on but after wearing and walking with it, you don't notice it then. First time I tried it on a walk I could feel afterwards it really did help brace my knee and muscle and ligaments and did not have that sore feeling afterwards. I have not used the included hot/cold gel pads as I don't have that much pain. Was comfortable wearing on a 40 minute walk with no marks afterwards on my leg and seemed to help reduce the soreness I usually have.

I measured my leg and was right at the high end of a medium or low end of a large but size down to a small and it fits perfectly if you want a high amount of compression. This is excellent for working out and really stays in place I love the gel pack truly helps with my knee pain. Is very breathable and perfect to wear even during the summer when it’s hot out, I was able to do unilateral exercises that I previously skipped due to the lack of stability and this is a great way to relieve pain while still getting stronger.

This knee brace feels comfortable and supportive all by itself. But it also packs a punch with small pillow that can be warmed (in the microwave) or cooled (in refrigerator or freezer). Slid into its little pocket inside the knee brace, this turns the knee brace into a treatment via warmth ir cooling.Recommended!
